Victoria (1837-1901), 1860, dies Aa, in bronzed-copper, beaded border, lc wyon on truncation, wreath of 15 leaves edged in incuse dots, rev. crosses in shield in two raised lines, lcw below, no rock to left of lighthouse, first two numerals sloping slightly to left, edge plain, 9.44g/12h (Gouby AC; F 760 [Sale, lot 232]; BMC 2057; Adams –). Tiny graze below hair bun, otherwise brilliant and extremely rare (£600-800)

Hopetoun House Collection, Part IV, Spink Auction 68, 22-3 March 1989, lot 684, where incorrectly described as a Proof, F 4.
