Edward IV (First reign, 1461-1470), Groat, London, class III, mm. rose, quatrefoils by neck, small trefoil on bottom cusp, large trefoils on others except above crown, rev. eye after tas, 3.92g/7h (B & W IIId; N 1532; S 1974). Legends weak in places, otherwise nearly extremely fine with attractive dark tone (£450-500)
