Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Unmarked issue, Groat, London, mm. crosses IIIb/V, pellet in second and third quarters, 3.58g/7h (Whitton 65a; N 1514; S 1931). Small striking split between 4 and 5 o’clock, legends weak in places and surfaces a little coarse, otherwise fine and very rare (£800-900)
