La Musique, c.1910, a plated bronze award medal by A. Rivet, half-length female figure right, playing lyre, reverse winged female Victory above tablet, named (Ville de Vitteaux, Fêtes des 14 et 15 Sepbre. 1924), 57mm; together with Municipality of Paris, c.1935, an Art Deco bronze award medal by P.-M. Dammann, figure of Paris standing in ancient ship, reverse fasces, axe and lis, named (Mme. Cormier, Institutrice, 1937), 50mm (BM Acq. 1978-82, pl.54, 43) [2]. Very fine and better; first with clip and ring for suspension (£25-35)
