Marjorie B. Ashley enrolled in Queen Mary’s Army Auxiliary Corps on 28 September 1918 and was discharged as medically unfit on 7 April 1919, being awarded the Silver War Badge numbered B162382.

Ellen Graeme Harrison was appointed Assistant Principal in the Women’s Royal Naval Service on 15 July 1918. Attached to Headquarters Staff, she worked in the recruiting department and was discharged on 27 February 1919, being awarded the Silver War Badge numbered RN 39810.
