Cnut (1016-1035), Penny, Quatrefoil type, Wallingford, Coleman, coleman on peli, Winchester dies, additional pellet either side of bust, and in second and third spandrils of rev. quatrefoil, 1.05g/6h (BL p.228; SCBI Copenhagen 3934, same dies; FEJ 855, same dies; cf. BEH 3604; N 781; S 1157). A few peck marks, otherwise good very fine, rich iridescent toning, very rare £300-£360
