HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE, Charles V, 1541, a cast gilt-silver medal, signed W.S. (?) [after H. Reinhardt], bust facing three-quarters right, rev. crowned arms, collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece around, pillars of Hercules at sides, 43mm, 24.04g (Habich 1999). Remains of mount at top, minor damage to reverse legend at 10 o’clock, otherwise very fine, rare £200-£260
