A 19th century gold intaglio fob seal, circa 1830, the bloodstone intaglio engraved with coat of arms, the mount finely cast with flowers and foliage, suspended from a four row gold ropetwist chain fob, with swivel fastener, dimensions of seal (within mount) 20 x 17.5mm, fob length excluding suspensory loop 30mm, overall length 20.4cm. £600-£800
The arms are those of Ridley, of Blagdon & Blythe, Co. Northumberland.
