Harry William Curtis attested for the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment on 16 January 1905 and served with the Regiment during the Great War on the Western Front from 12 August 1914. He was discharged as medically unfit at Preston on 29 April 1916 and is further entitled to a Silver War Badge.
