EIN IEDER SPRICHT: HAETTICH NUR GELD, rev. three hands attempt to grasp a money bag, GELD DAS FUNFFTE ELEMENT IEZT REGIERET ALLE STAEND, 27 mm. Fine, grey tone, very rare (£80-120)

This curious medal has stylistic parallels with those of John Law and the 1720 South Sea Bubble (cf. Betts 118-20)
