Battle of Jutland, 1916, a bronze medal by F. Bowcher for Spink, crossed flags and trident, rev. legend in wreath, edge engraved (Tufton P.H. Beamish Esqre, Captain, HMS ‘Cordelia’), 45mm (BHM 4124; E 1951a; MH 495). Good very fine (£70-90)

Percy Hamilton Tufton Beamish (1874-1951), Rear Admiral, commanded HMS Invincible at the battle of the Falklands in 1914, and thence HMS Cordelia from 1915 to 1917
