John Hickman Jr, salter. Evidence presented by Gary Oddie (
TCSB vol.7, no.5, December 2002, pp.169-71), suggests that the tokens of the Hickmans, father and son (BW. Cornwall 85 and 86), should be placed to St Ives, Huntingdonshire, where a John Hickman gave his tenement in Bridge street to his wife Elizabeth in 1661 and was assessed for four hearths in 1674. Additionally, a token of John Hickman Jr has been noted as a recent metal detector find from Godmanchester
