Charles Joseph Willson entered the Egyptian theatre of war as a Trumpeter in the City of London Yeomanry on 7 May 1915. With the unit he went to Gallipoli in August, returning to Egypt in December and thence to Salonika in November 1916, Palestine in July 1917 and France in June 1918. The unit merged with the 103rd Battalion M.G.C. in August 1918. Sold with some research.
