British Iron Age, Gallo-Belgic, Nervi (?), gold Quarter-Stater with defaced obverse die, class 1b, criss-cross chisel punch marks forming triangles with central upright, rev. horse left with lyre below, rider above with single upright chisel punch in front, 1.90g (Sills 348; VA 37-1; ABC 37; S 9). Very fine £600-£800
