Robert Forde attested for the West India Regiment in Jamaica on 11 September 1888, aged 20, giving his trade as a baker. He was discharged on 14 September 1900, and died on 28 April 1945.

Medals confirmed on rolls, which also show entitlement to the 1897-98 clasp.
