Pinches, veiled head of Victoria left, rev. symbolic figures standing before globe, 45mm (BHM 3175; E 1704); Colonial & Indian Exhibition, London, 1886, medals by L.C. Wyon (2), in copper and gilt-copper, bust of Prince of Wales left, rev. legend in wreath, 52mm (Pudd. 886.1.2; BHM 3209; E 1725); Edinburgh Dental Hospital, copper award medals (2), both named (William James Newman Wood, 1896-97…W.J.N. Wood, 1898), both 32mm; other bronze award medals of medical interest (3) [8]. The 1886 medals very fine, others extremely fine and in cases of issue (£50-70)
