Pair: Lance-Corporal H. H. Hill, 50th Battalion, Machine Gun Corps, late Welsh Regiment, who died of wounds on the Western Front on 19 October 1918

Henry Hamer Hill was born in Chorley, Lancashire and attested for the Welsh Regiment at Neath. Subsequently transferring to the 50th Battalion, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry), he served with them during the Great War on the Western Front, and died of wounds on 19 October 1918, aged 19. He is buried at Roisel Communal Cemetery Extension, France.
