M.S.M. London Gazette 22 September 1919: ‘For valuable services rendered with the British Forces in Mesopotamia.’

Albert Parsons was probably serving as a Sergeant with 15th Squadron, Machine Gun Corps (Cavalry) in Mesopotamia. One of 34 M.S.M.s to the M.G.C. for Mesopotamia. He afterwards served in India and is entitled to the medal for Afghanistan N.W.F. 1919.
