A highly attractive porcelain plate, 295mm in diameter, with German porcelain maker’s marking on the reverse side. The face side with outside scroll reading ‘’Abteilung 171 Panzer Jäger’, with the date ‘10 May 1940 to 18 June 1940’ with central eagle and swastika. The centre of plate shows the route of march of this regiment in the invasion of France. No chips or cracks. A highly attractive display piece, in excellent condition £300-£400
