A German Second War Kriegsmarine Naval Officer’s Dagger by Clemen & Jung.
Standard naval fouled anchor and foliate etching panels to both sides of the blade. Interestingly the original owner’s name ‘A. Schroder’ is hand engraved to the very tip of the blade in the area without etched panels so as not to interfere with the etch panelling. The gilding is dull overall. The grip is without cracks, complete with its original grip wire. Good fit to the scabbard with its retaining button, leather washer, the scabbard has no dents, good condition £300-£400
