MDCCLXXXVIII’; the reverse featuring a rose encircled by a garter in splendour, with crown above, ‘Military Virtue Rewarded’, in exergue, ‘VII Regt. or Royal Fusiliers’, unnamed, with claw and small ring suspension, very fine £50-£70
