Charles I (1625-1649), Exeter mint, Halfcrown, 1645, mm. rose on obv., ex on rev., horse with twisted tail, no ground line, round scroll-garnished shield, date to left of mm., 14.35g/4h (Bull 665/41, this coin; Besly N41; SCBI Brooker 1059; N 2570; S 3078). Flan flaw at 6 o’clock, otherwise good very fine, toned £600-£800
