Charles I (1625-1649), York mint, Halfcrown, Gp 2 [type 7], mm. lion, horse with tail between legs, ebor below, crowned oval shield, 14.31g/12h (Bull 567; Besly 2L; SCBI Brooker 1086ff; N 2315; S 2869). Slightly small of flan, otherwise better than fine with iridescent tone on reverse £300-£400
