First Trust Bank, specimen £10 dated 1 March 1996, serial number JB 000000, McElroy signature, both proofs cut deliberately with part of the adjacent notes, also two preliminary printers proof booklets including six progressive proofs showing various stages of the litho underprints, four obverse, three reverse and one with complete underprint design on both sides, each item in the lots has a paper cover with printers annotations, each proof is printed watermarked paper, stapled at top, one proof has a corner bend thus about uncirculated, the remainder uncirculated (3 pieces)
