Somerset, £20, 15 November 1984, serial number 36B 314340, featuring the most spectacular concertina error the cataloguer has ever seen, formed by several paper folds in several directions, and resulting in parts of the obverse being printed on the reverse, and the Queens head being partially visible and printed on two sections of the note, original good extremely fine and in the opinion of the cataloguer, the epitome of what an error note should look like
