Provincial Bank of Ireland Ltd, a preliminary printers proof booklet for £10 dated 1976, McClay signature, includes four proofs: first obverse and reverse with full design, no serial numbers or date, colour bars in lower margin, bank logo in purple rather than the blue used on the issued notes, second uniface, obverse die proof, orange and brown print on white paper, third obverse multicolour litho underprint, reverse fully printed, with colour bars in lower margin, fourth uniface, reverse die proof, brown print, all proofs printed on watermarked paper, booklet has a paper cover with printers annotations, stapled at top, printers annotations, uncirculated, rare and interesting (one booklet)
