INDIA, East Indian Railway Opened to Rajmahal, 1860, a silver medal, unsigned [after W. Wyon, Calcutta mint], coronetted bust of Victoria left, rev. legend, edge impressed (D. Sommerville, Platelayer, Bengal, October 15th 1860), 73mm (Pudd. 860.2; Moyaux 46). Edge bruises at 3 and 7 o’clock, otherwise extremely fine, obverse richly toned; in maroon fitted case of issue [hinge broken] £400-£600
