Newcastle upon Tyne, Spence’s mule Halfpence (3), from the same obv. die as previous, revs. conjoined heads of man and ass, spence edge, 10.63g/6h (DH 12); Pandora’s breeches, edge plain, 10.65g/6h (DH 13); men under tree, spence edge, 10.79g/6h DH 14) [3]. About extremely fine, first two with verdigris spots (£120-150)
