Richard Bacon (†April 1812, aged 67), bookseller, stationer and auctioneer, 12 Cockey lane, proprietor of the
Norwich Mercury (Longman, pp.54-5). Nathaniel Bolingbroke (1755-1840), haberdasher and silversmith, Market place, mayor in 1819, is buried in the churchyard of St Peter Mancroft, Norwich, as is his wife, Mary (1758-1833); his youngest son Horatio (1798-1879) became the first sheriff of Norwich in 1835 and Bolinbroke road in Norwich is named after him.
