Waterloo 1815 (Miles Oddie, Gunner, Royal Foot Artillery) fitted with replacement silver clip and bar suspension, nearly very fine £500-600

Miles Oddie was born in Manchester, a weaver by trade, and enlisted at Hull on 19 April 1808, aged 23 years. He served 3 years and 7 months in the Netherlands and France, and was present at the battle of Waterloo. He was discharged to pension on 30 September 1832, worn out and suffering from chronic rheumatism. Sold with copied discharge papers.
