England, Attempted Invasion of Scotland, 1708, a silver medal by M. Brunner, laureate bust of Anne left, rev. ass preparing to feed on a thistle being driven away by a robed female holding an English rose, edge plain, 43mm, 27.03g (Woolf 21:3; MI II, 321/146; E 429). A little scuffed, otherwise good very fine, rare £150-£200
