Charles I (1625-1649), Truro or Exeter mint, Halfcrown, Gp III, undated, mm. rose, Briot horseman, rough ground below, oval scroll-garnished shield, 12.91g/12h (Bull 661/17; Besly K17; SCBI Brooker 1031; N 2554; S 3069). Slightly double-struck on reverse, otherwise nearly very fine, excessively rare £1,500-£1,800
