The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, M.B.E. (Military) Member’s 2nd type breast badge, in Royal Mint case of issue with Buckingham Palace forwarding letter dated 20 March 1947; Military Cross, G.V.R.; 1914-15 Star (Lieut. W. K. Lucas. R.F.A.); British War and Victory Medals, with M.I.D. oak leaf (Major W. K. Lucas) these four mounted as worn; Defence Medal; together with a large silver Belgian medal, 60mm diameter, ‘Albert Roi des Belges Koning der Belgen’, the reverse engraved ‘Guerre 1914-1918 Hommage de la Commune de Sombreffe a la 72e Brigade d’Artillerie R.F.A. 16 Fevrier 1919’, with integral crowned scroll ring suspension, good very fine (7) £800-£1,000
