Dragoons); Coronation 1911, Metropolitan Police (P.C. A. Caswill [sic]) mounted as worn, edge bruising to QSA, nearly very fine (2) £180-£220

Arthur Robert Caswell was born in Chiswick, London, on 3 September 1878, and served with the 2nd Dragoons in South Africa during the Boer War. He joined the Metropolitan Police on 27 December 1904, and served with them until being pensioned on 29 December 1929, his final Division being ‘W’ (Brixton) Division.
