79th (Cameron Highlanders) Officer’s Shoulder Belt Plate c1804-14, the oval gilt back plate with an applied raised rim in silver, in the centre a crowned silver strap, ‘Cameron Highlanders’ enclosing the silver numerals ‘79’ on a domed ground of green enamel, one hook and two stud fasteners, very fine condition £1,000-£1,500
