Household Cavalry Charger’s Breast Badge c1850, a very scarce example in heavy die-cast brass and featuring St. Edward’s crown over Union sprays, these enclosing the Garter motto with central Royal Crest in high relief, a lion’s mask at the base on the Union sprays. The badge is still on its original black patent leather shaped panel, this with a triple bar brass outline decoration, now contained in an attractive wood and glazed frame, very good condition £60-£100
