R.) mounted for display, slightly worn in places, therefore nearly very fine or better (5) £300-£400

Harry H. Coubrough served during the Great War with the 2nd Battalion, East Lancashire Regiment in the French theatre of war from 6 November 1914. The Battalion served as part of the 24th Brigade, with the 23rd and 8th Divisions, on the Somme from July - November 1916 and in particular during the Contalmaison operations. Coubrough was awarded his L.S. & G.C. in 1927.
