Chiclayo y Lambayeque, 20 Centavos, 1 June 1876, serial number 0001609, manuscript signature at low right, original good very fine. It seems likely this is a local government/administration issue. Some similar proofs are known, also dated 1876 but with a different vignette. Neither this or the proofs can be found listed in any general text books. This example also has quite a small serial number, meaning the print run was likely very small. A very rare note
