George III (1760-1820), Pattern Halfpenny, 1788 (late Soho), by J.-P. Droz, silver-plated on copper, bust right, rev. Britannia seated left, rudder and palm-branch in exergue, edge render to cesar the things which are cesars:, 16.42g/6h (BMC 964 [DH 11]; Selig 1331). Good very fine but scratched before bust and copper exposed behind Britannia, rare £100-150
