Peter McIntyre, born Castlebar, Co. Mayo, enlisted Bolton, Lancashire, 1st Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers, was killed in action at Suvla Bay, Gallipoli, on 7 August 1915. He is commemorated by name on the Helles Memorial.
