With hand-written card, ‘Medal presented to me in commemoration of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee 1897, on which occasion I was in command of the detachment of the D.Y.O. Loyal Suffolk Hussars (initialled)’. Case bears the old paper label ‘S/C No. 561’.
