The above were brothers. The latest published transcription of the Natal 1906 medal roll gives a ‘Tpr. C. Ohlson [sic], 2nd Royston’s Horse. Died of Pneumonia, Grey’s Hospital, Pietermaritzburg, 29 July 1906.’ The roll also lists 2 men of the name ‘C. Ohlson’, as well as G. A. Ohlson, as serving with 2nd Royston’s Horse and being entitled to the Natal 1906 Medal with clasp.
