William and Mary (1689-1694), Pattern Halfpenny, undated, in copper, laureate bust right, gvlielmvs rex around, rev. bust of Mary right, maria regina around, 29mm, 6.98g/6h (BMC 631). On a large flan of slightly irregular shape, some light adjustment marks on portrait of Mary, otherwise very fine and extremely rare (£400-500)

Although Peck noted that he had seen the specimen in the British Museum and at least three others during the compilation of his book, no other examples of this interesting piece are believed to have been in commerce in the last 30 years
