France, L’Intransigeant, 1925, an Art Deco bronze award medal by G. Contaux after Cassandre, futuristic head right with mouth open wide, reverse wreath and pillars, named (C.A. Nanterre, 6-17 Avril 1933), 60mm (cf. Baudey/Bricher 1992, 128; cf. DNW 40, 780). An important and significant Art Deco medal, extremely fine and nicely patinated (£300-350)
