Roman Imperial Coinage, Septimius Severus, Sestertius, Rome, c. 211, laureate bust right, l sept severvs pivs avg, rev. victoriae brittannicae, two Victories placing shield on palm-tree, below which are two seated captives, s c in exergue, 24.20g (RIC 818; C 732; Sear 6443; Spink 652). Reverse slightly off-centre, otherwise very fine or better, dark green patina £800-1,000
