Percy Stallibrass was born in Kensington, London, in March 1879. He attested for the 1st Royal Dragoons, 3 March 1897, and served with the Regiment in South Africa (clasp entitlement correct). He died whilst in service at Station Hospital, Lucknow, India, 24 October 1908.
