Sold with bestowal document for the Order of St. John Serving Sister (1960) and a Certificate of Special Thanks from the Order of St. John, Priory of Canada, for valuable assistance rendered (1957) .

Corps Staff Officer Margaret Louise Sampson joined the St. John Ambulance Brigade circa 1944 and served with No.231 Nursing Division, St. Catherines, as a Nursing Member, Divisional Officer and Divisional Superintendent. Promoted to Corps Staff Officer (Secretary) with Lincoln Corps in about 1960, she served in that capacity until her death circa1980.
