Hong Kong Plague 1894 (Private W. Claymore, 1st K.S.L.I.) renamed, replacement suspension claw, edge bruising, otherwise very fine £200-300

Walter Claymore was born at Wellington, Shropshire and enlisted in the Shropshire Light Infantry in December 1891, aged 21 years. As verified by his service papers, he was based in Hong Kong between 1892-94 and in India between 1894-1904, returning to the U.K. in the latter year, where he was discharged that September.
