Joseph Baldray was born at Westoft, Norfolk, on 8 October 1874, and joined the Royal Navy as a Boy 2nd Class on 29 January 1890. During the Great War he served in the Benbow Battalion, Royal Naval Division, was captured at Antwerp and interned for the duration of the war. Sold with copy service record.
