James William Stott was born and enlisted in Rochdale for the 10th Battalion. He was killed in action on 12 May 1917, during an attack on the German trenches near Gavrelle.

Fielden Stott was born in Walsden, Yorks., and enlisted at Todmorden for the 26th Battalion (3rd Tyneside Irish), Northumberland Fusiliers. He was killed in action on 9 April 1917 and is buried in Roclincourt Valley Cemetery, near Arras.
